Our products include classic crewnecks, hooded styles, zip and half-zip designs, and heavy or lightweight options made from cotton, polyester, or blended fabrics. Preproduction Sample
The factory produces samples according to the tech pack for client approval on fit, construction, and quality standards. After revisions, final approval is signed before mass production begins.
Fabric & Trim Sourcing
Procure bulk fabrics, linings, buttons, zippers, etc., and conduct quality checks (color fastness, shrinkage, strength, etc.).
Cutting
Fabric inspection → pattern grading → cutting → bundling (sorted by size/color) to ensure cutting accuracy.
Sewing & Assembly
Assembly Line Production
Cut pieces are distributed to sewing lines for stitching (e.g., seams, sleeve attachment, zipper installation).
Inline Quality Control (QC)
Random checks on semi-finished products to correct issues (loose threads, symmetry, etc.).
Finishing & Final QC
Pressing/Ironing
Garments are steamed and pressed for a smooth finish.
Final Inspection
AQL sampling (e.g., AQL 2.5) to check dimensions, workmanship, stains, etc.
Packing & Shipping
Packing
Folding/hanging → labeling → boxing (sorted by color/size per client requirements).
Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)
Client or third-party inspection before shipment clearance.
